Dormente

Dormente is a Turn-based RPG where your attributes and game turns are resources to be managed. Developed as a Bachelor’s course completion project, the game stars Archie, a student who must save the timeline from collapsing.

Dormente draws inspiration from the Persona, Final Fantasy and Pokémon series.

My activities

Acted as a Game Designer and UI/UX Designer since the start of the project (March 2024) until it’s launch (November 2024)

As a Game Designer, I was responsible for:

  • Core gameplay loop
  • Core battle mechanics
  • Abilities system
  • Game Balance

Used tools: Figma, Sheets/Excel, Unity C# Scripting.

As a UI/UX Designer, I was responsible for:

  • UX Research
  • Wireframe
  • Prototyping
  • Usability tests
  • Iteration
  • Design System
  • Game flow
